Section : ১২৮The officer responsible for registration under the Registration Act, 1908 (Act No. XVI of 1908) shall not register any document relating to the lease of any immovable property for a term of less than 10 (10) years unless at the rate of 4% (four percent) on the lease value of such property. The lessee pays the tax.
